Jess joined Thoroughbred Financial Agency in May of 2025. She attended Eastern Kentucky University with her Bachelors degree in English. She then moved to NYC where she resided for three years before moving back home. In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, and trying new places.
Her responsibilities include answering the phones, receiving visitors, assisting the staff with any general office needs and assisting management with agent's insurance licensing and appointment. She works alongside our agents and their staff by ordering and submitting needed requirements on pending policies and submitting service requests on active policies.
