Al’s duties include overseeing the operations of the Thoroughbred Agency, however he enjoys working with advisors on advance case design for their clients. Al works to enhance the marketing efforts for advisors by helping them with marketing alliances such as P & C firms, Community Banks, and CPA firms. Al will tell you that the Number 1 daily mission of the Thoroughbred Agency is to serve the advisors. "The advisors we serve are our customers and we work hard every day to earn their business!”

Al started his career in Financial Services in 1984. He has series 7, 24 and 63 security licenses and Kentucky Life and Health licenses. He has earned the Charter Financial Consultant, and Charter Life Underwriter designations. Al won the Outstanding Builder Award for Sales Managers 3 years in a row from 92 to 94 and the President’s Trophy for Agency Managers in 2002. He has been a member of the Lincoln Premier Partner program since 1999 and was inducted into the Elite, Pinnacle Premier Partner Program.

Al and his wife Debbie have one child, Kristen.
